I got a Facebook ad today to participate in the "Diem ICO". I was taken to a very good looking website (link not shared to prevent other's from getting scammed). There were only a few minor typos. The website asks you to send ETH to an address to receive Diem tokens in exchange. I checked the address and it is not a contract, but just a wallet.
